Proteas netball coach, Elize Kotze, says her team has taken huge steps while taking part in the highly competitive Quad Series in Australia and New Zealand over the last three weeks.

Proteas netball coach, Elize Kotze, says her team has taken huge steps while taking part in the highly competitive Quad Series in Australia and New Zealand over the last three weeks.  Kotze says the players have improved significantly in a short period of time after facing the top three teams in the world.  She says they have had to deal with playing netball on another level and intensity.  With the world's top netball countries boasting professional leagues and full-time national players, Kotze says the amateur South African side hopes to use their new-found knowledge to develop the game back home.

The South Africans, who have lost all five of their matches thus far, face England in their final encounter of the four-nation tournament in Hamilton, New Zealand on Thursday.
