Harrismith - The case against two men accused of the murders of a Harrismith pastor and his future son-in-law was this morning (Monday) postponed to November 19 for further investigation.
Martin Brits, the son of murdered pastor Willem Brits, did not apply for bail in the Harrismith Magistrate's Court and is expected to make a formal confession.
His co-accused Elliot Mhlambi applied for bail.
The 60-year-old pastor of the NG Kerkenberg church and his future son-in-law, Gerhardus Vermeulen, were brutally murdered at the pastor's home in Harrismith on Thursday night.
Brits' wife Dorethea is in a critical condition at Mediclinic Bloemfontein.
