The Constitutional Court will tomorrow hear the matter of six members of the ANC in the Free State who are challenging the provincial leadership of Ace Magashule and his provincial executive committee.

The disgruntled members last month lost their attempt to nullify June's provincial elective congress which was held in Parys.

After the Bloemfontein high court verdict the group’s leader Mpho Ramakatsa indicated that they intend to appeal to the Constitutional Court.

Provincial ANC spokesperson Oupa Khoabane says they will defend their position in court.
