The condition of a lawyer from Kimberley involved in last weekend’s hit and run at the Kathu marathon appears to have worsened.
The 45-year-old Mark van Niekerk was hit by a car that tried to overtake a truck during the event. He was subsequently admitted to Bloemfontein MediClinic.
