London - A London court heard today that British businessman Shrien Dewani -- wanted in South Africa in connection with the honeymoon murder of his wife -- has suffered a mental health relapse.

Last month, the Westminster Magistrates' Court heard that his condition had "improved significantly".

Dewani's 28-year-old wife Anni was shot when the taxi the couple were travelling in was hijacked in the Gugulethu township on the outskirts of Cape Town in November 2010.
 
But despite the setback, the court heard that a full extradition hearing was still expected to go ahead in July.
