Durban - The culpable homicide case against the minibus driver who allegedly killed mountain biker Burry Stander has been postponed. National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson, Natasha Ramkisson said Njabulo Nyawose remains out on bail and will appear in the Port Shepston Magistrate's Court again on July 2. Stander was killed on January 3, in Shelley Beach on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast, when a minibus taxi collided with him while he was cycling. Stander competed in two Olympic games.
