GuptaGate: Those being investigated will not be identified yet─── 07:15 Mon, 20 May 2013
Pretoria - Justice Minister Jeff Radebe says the names of those being investigated for the Gupta family landing debacle will not be disclosed at this stage.
He was delivering a summary of the findings of a preliminary investigation into the irregular landing of a privately chartered plane by the Gupta family at the Waterkloof Air Force base on April 29.
The plane carried 270 guests to the wedding of Vega Gupta at Sun City. The landing sparked widespread criticism.
Radebe said the aircraft was cleared for landing and the correct clearance procedures followed. However, this was based on false information and abuse of privileges.
The full ministers' report is expected to be made public during the course of the week.
