Pretoria - Murder-accused South African sprinter Oscar Pistorius will not race this season. His agent, Peet van Zyl, told AFP that this means Pistorius will miss out on the World Athletics Championships in Moscow in August. Van Zyl said Pistorius needed to focus on his upcoming court case and was not physically and mentally ready to compete at top level. The Blade Runner returns to court on June 4 charged with shooting his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine's Day. He claims he opened fire after having mistaken her for an intruder.
