Fifth a tough pill for Siwelele to swallow

Bloemfontein - Despite Bloemfontein Celtic playing to a 1-all draw against Moroka Swallows over the weekend, the men from Bloemfontein are happy with their 5th place finish in the PSL after an indifferent season.

However coach Clinton Larsen has said it was somewhat of a bitter pill to swallow from a technical perspective, as he believes they could have done a bit better.

Just days after the Premier Soccer Leagues conclusion, the Bloemfontein side have already begun preparations for next season.

Considering  how competative the past season was, the men from Bloemfontein have done remarkably well to achieve a top-5 finish and even rake in silverware along the way.

With injuries to numerous keyplayers and at times only have a limited squad to travel, Siwelele can hold their aheads up high.

In Clinton Larsens' job interview last June he said he's aim is a top-5 finish as well as a trophy. Having done that Larsen has lived up to his promises and high expatations.

Celtic coach Clinton Larsen said after achieving all their season goal they set out for themselves, they would like to build on this seasons performance will a couple of new signings…
