The DA in the Free State says it will continue seeking answers regarding Ace Magashule’s involvement in the landing of the Gupta private Jet at the Waterkloof Airbase last month.
According to the thirty page report on the Guptagate, the reference to an invitation from the Free State government was opaque.
On Tuesday the DA submitted a formal Promotion of Access to Information Act request to Magashule’s office.
The request demanded documents that show that Indian Minister, Shivpal Singh Yadav did business in the province.
Meanwhile President Jacob Zuma has condemned the practice of using his name and that of Cabinet Ministers to secure privileges or flout government procedures in the Gupta-saga, which was revealed in the lengthy report.
