Bloemfontein - England T20 captain Stuart Broad has been fined 15% of his match fee for comments following his team's rain-affected defeat against New Zealand on Saturday.
England lost to the Black Caps on the Duckworth-Lewis method and Broad questioned the timing of the umpires' decision to take the teams off the field.
An aggrieved Stuart Broad said that he felt hard done by the umpires' decision to not take them off the field in the fifth over, which cost them the match.
He pleaded guilty to a Level One charge of publicly criticising match officials.
Meanwhile, South Africa face the Black Caps today in Chittagong in their second match at the T20 World Cup.
The match gets underway this morning at 11:30.
