Bloemfontein - Veteran Springbok lock Victor Matfield will not be playing on the Bulls Super Rugby tour of Australasia.
Matfield will predominately be part of the coaching staff for the Pretoria franchise's games against the Hurricanes, Highlanders, Waratahs and Western Force.
Speaking out of Napier, where their first match will be played, Matfield said this was their plan from the word go…
The Bulls tackle the confident Hurricanes at McLean Park tomorrow morning at 8:35.
