Boom bids farewell to cricket

Bloemfontein - The Chevrolet Knights will be bidding farewell to two of their stalwarts at the end of their Sunfoil Series clash against the Dolphins, which starts in Bloem today.
 
Proteas batsman Dean Elgar  and former Proteas all-rounder Johan van der Wath will both be playing their last match for the franchise.
 
Elgar will be joining the Titans at the end of the season, while Van der Wath will call it a day on his illustrious career.
 
The 36-year old Van der Wath told OFM Sport there is still a job to be done, however their will be some refelction on his 17-year career at the Knights.
The team will also be without Proteas all-rounder Ryan McLaren from next season who will be joining the Dolphins.
 
The match at Chevrolet Park gets underway at 10:00.
