Bloemfontein - The Bulls slumped to their second successive loss on their Australian tour this morning when they lost 27 – 20 to the Highlanders.
The home side ran in three tries to the two of the Bulls at the Forsyth Barr Stadium in Dunedin.
In the morning’s second game, the Brumbies moved to the top of the overall standings when they beat the Reds 23-20 at the Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane.
Both sides crossed the white wash on two occasions, with new log leaders converting one more penalty than their counterparts.
The Super Rugby action resumes tomorrow morning with the Chiefs at home to the Melbourne Rebels in Hamilton at 9:35.
