Bloemfontein - Bloemfontein Celtic got their 2014/15 campaign off to a perfect start by beating AmaZulu 2-0 in Johannesburg to win the inaugural Charity Showdown played on Saturday.
Goals by Vuyani Ntanga and Gabadinho Mhango gave Phunya Sele Sele their win.
The Bloemfontein side reached the final after beating hosts, Wits 1-0 in the opening match of the day, while the Durban side dispatched Blacks Aces in their opening game at the Wits Stadium.
Siwelele face Wits again next weekend when the two sides clash in the MTN Top 8.
