Bloemfontein - Proteas Test captain, Hashim Alma, is satisfied with his unbeaten century in their warm-up game against Sri Lanka President’s XI.
The side beat President’s XI by 108 runs in a 50 over warm-up match in Moratuwa.
South Africa scored 297 for 9 off their allotted 50 overs, with Amla scoring 104 of just 79 delivers before retiring.
The Proteas bowled out their counterparts for just 189 runs, with Morné Morkel claiming 29/3, while spinner Aaron Phangiso cashed in with 9/2.
Following the match, Amla said it was great to gets runs ahead of Sunday’s series opener.
South Africa and Sri Lanka face each other on Sunday in Colombo in the first ODI.
