Coetzee looks to defend Joburg Open title─── 08:43 Wed, 25 Feb 2015
The Joburg Open tees off tomorrow morning at the Royal Johannesburg and Kensington Golf Club and defending champion, George Coetzee will be looking to make it two from two.
Last year, Coetzee won the prestigious European Tour and Sunshine Tour co-sanctioned event for his maiden win on the European Tour.
The win secured him an automatic place in the Open Championship later in the year at the Royal Liverpool.
The tournament is one of very few on the European tour that gets played on two courses.
The West Course is arguably the toughest course of the two, and Coetzee believes his years of experience on this home course with help in attempting to defend his title.
Newly appointed European Ryder Cup captain, Darren Clarke will also be teeing it up in Kensington tomorrow.
