Bloemfontein - It should be clear by the middle of next month who the successful tenderer is for the One FNB Building, which forms part of the Second Avenue development.
This is according to the Georgiou Trust’s Joe Chemaly.
He says the tender process will conclude this Friday and another week will be set aside for the adjudication process before an announcement will be made.
The One FNB Building will form part of a development project valued at R500 million once completed.
