Cape Town - Tim Noakes is taking his Real Meal Revolution to the UK.
The blockbuster was published in 2013 and has since sold 200 000 copies in South Africa.
Noakes and Cape Town chef Jonno Proudfoot have taken the revolution to the shores of Great Britain with the launch of the book’s UK edition, published by Little Brown. Signs are auspicious for even more success in the UK, where low-carb, high-fat options are now common on menus. Thereafter, the revolution will go worldwide.
Proudfoot says the real power of The Real Meal Revolution is that it isn’t just another diet and weightloss book among the many that weigh down bookstore shelves. And it definitely isn’t a fad diet, despite Noakes’ detractors insisting it is.
