Bloemfontein - The attempted murder trial involving three Kovsie students will resume in the Bloemfontein Regional Court today.
Damane Gwebu accuses Cobus Muller of attempted murder, assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm, reckless and negligent driving as well as crimen injuria, and Charl Blom of assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm.
The state alleges the two students tried to run over a fellow student Damani Gwebu with their bakkie on the campus in February.
At the two's last court appearance, two eye witnesses, Anela Moseti and Refilwe Motlhankane, had different recollections than the complainant of what allegedly happened on the night of February 17 on the university's Bloemfontein campus.
