Twelve 'would-be' bank robbers behind bars─── DANE BEISHEIM 16:22 Thu, 18 Sep 2014
Klerksdorp - The 12 would-be robbers who tried to hold up the Flamwood Standard Bank this morning, are expected to appear in the Klerksdorp Magistrate’s court within the next 48 hours.
This is according to North West police spokesperson Thulani Ngubane, and follows after the group raided the bank just after 10:00 this morning.
OFM's Dane Beisheim reports that three AK47’s were confiscated from the men, as well as several rounds of live ammunition.
