Ngwathe is amongst three municipalities that were notified that their electricity will be disconnected tomorrow.
Eskom says Maluti-a-Phofung in Qwaqwa owes R418.6 million, Ngwathe owes R257.9 million and Dihlabeng in Bethlehem has debt of about R59.1 million.
