Four EFF members granted bail after trespassing─── THANDI XABA 15:58 Mon, 26 Jan 2015
Sasolburg - Four members of the EFF who were arrested in Zamdela, Sasolburg were all granted bail after appearing in the Sasolburg Magistrate Court today.
National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson in the Free State Phaladi Shuping says Lefa Makgala and Dedetso Serapela both got R3 000 bail, while Malefane Mosimanga and Kebifi Motaung were released on R5 000 bail.
The four were arrested for trespassing, after EFF members invaded unoccupied Metsimaholo Municipality land.
The case has been postponed to February 26th for further investigation and a possible Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) decision.
