Bloemfontein - A French lecturer from the University of the Free State has described an event at the French Embassy in Pretoria as the best night of her life.
Naomi Morgan was last night decorated as a knight of the arts and literature in recognition of her translation work of plays such as Oskar en die Pienk Tannies, as well as translations of Afrikaans songs to French for the popular Afri-Frans compilation.
She says the ceremony, the setting and the company was amazing.
