Kimberley - Northern Cape Premier Sylvia Lucas, when delivering her State of the Province Address in Kimberley this morning, did not impress opposition parties in the least.
They felt she neglected to explain what will be done to alleviate the plight of the unemployed, and how she plans to sort out the problems within education, especially in Kuruman.
DA leader Andrew Louw was especially disappointed in the fact that the mental health hospital is not up and running yet.
