TT Cloete remembered in Potch today─── CHRISTAL-LIZE MULLER 07:15 Sat, 01 Aug 2015
Potchefstroom - Award-winning poet, Bible translator and scientific researcher, TT Cloete will be remembered during a memorial service in Potchefstroom this morning.
He died early Wednesday morning at the age of 91 in the MooiMed Private Hospital.
In October last year Cloete granted OFM's Yolanda Maartens an interview, in which he spoke about his love for Potchefstroom and the NWU's Puk campus.
At this occasion Cloete, who was born in Vredefort in the Free State, also recited an extraxt from a poem that he wrote for his beloved wife, Anna.
Today's service starts at 11:00 in the Nether Dutch Reformed Church, Vyfhoek.
