Uncontrolled grazing hurting North West farmers─── 12:20 Wed, 05 Aug 2015
Potchefstroom - The African Farmers Association of South Africa (Afasa) has warned that while the current drought poses a great threat to the livelihood of some emerging farmers in North West, the biggest menace they face is uncontrolled grazing.
Afasa North West President Gideon Morule says this is mostly because of uncontrolled grazing in communal areas.
Morule said another problem facing these farmers was that they lacked the means to plough their land.
