Global Investors Trade Bridge to contribute towards development of FS─── OWEN KOCK 12:38 Mon, 05 Oct 2015
Bloemfontein - The Free State province is taking the relationship between South Africa and India to a higher level, much more than any other province.
This is the word from the South African High Commissioner to India, Playfair Morule. He was speaking at the launch of the Free State Global Investors Trade Bridge in Bloemfontein this morning.
The theme of the trade bridge, Pursuing Investment Growth, is about strengthening international partnerships through investment in this and many other projects in the province.
Morule says the province is keenly exploring the area of education and hands-on training, as well as the area of agri-processing.
He says in terms of the National Development Plan, the country would no longer export raw materials and all products will have to be beneficiated. That is expected to have a domino effect.
He also announced plans for the health sector in the province.
