One die, another injured in two seperate JHB shooting incidents─── 05:40 Fri, 01 Aug 2014
Johannesburg - A man has died and another was in a critical condition following two separate shootings in Johannesburg and Midrand in Gauteng, yesterday. The first shooting happened on the M1 highway, south of the Johannesburg CBD.
In the second shooting in Midrand, paramedics and other services were alerted around 23:40 for a shooting
that occurred on Broadwalk Street, near Pretoria Main Road in Halfway House, Midrand.
Netcare 911 spokesperson Santi Steinmann said paramedics responded to a shooting incident on the M1 De Villiers Graaff Motorway in Mondeor yesterday at around 21:00. When paramedics arrived on the scene the man tragically lost his life.

Steinmann said upon their arrival on scene a 21-year-old man was found in a critical condition. The injured man was treated on scene and rushed to hospita. Police are investigating both incidents.
