Pretoria - The University of Pretoria has confirmed the man who committed suicide on its main campus earlier this morning was a student.
It's understood the young man jumped from the Humanities building at around 8am.
The university's Nicolize Mulder says the name of the student cannot be revealed until his family has been informed.
A lecturer also plunged to his death two months ago after jumping off the same building.
