NUM welcomes Khulubuse Zuma dismissal─── 17:54 Tue, 03 Mar 2015
Pretoria - An urgent application by Khulubuse Zuma to have claims of over R1.5 billion against Aurora Empowerment Systems set aside, was dismissed in the High Court in Pretoria today.
Judge Eberhardt Bertelsmann ruled that the application be dismissed with costs. The judge said Zuma's interests were not directly affected.
Mine workers union, NUM's Livhuwani Mammburu has hailed the dismissal.

Workers have since left the mine hostels following months of failed talks with management.
By then is was reported that former president Nelson Mandela‘s grandson Zondwa and Zuma were acquiring more mines in the cash strapped Zimbabwe.
Zondwa was Zuma’s partner at Aurora.
