Police mum on motive for Panayiotou's murder─── 12:52 Mon, 04 May 2015
Port Elizabeth - Eastern Cape police spokesperson, Marinda Mills, would not confirm or deny any speculations with regard to the motive for the murder of PE teacher, Jayde Panayiotou.
Neither would she divulge the investigative methods used, or detail in relation to the involvement of the suspects in the execution of the crime.
Mills says questions of such nature would be ignored as this information forms part of the on-going police investigation and will be presented to court during the hearing. This, after police announced this morning that another suspect has been arrested.
Meanwhile Panayiotou's husband, Christopher, made a brief appearance in court this morning, and was officially charged with her murder.
