DA leader Mmusi Maimane has tweeted that Pres. Jacob Zuma wil not pay for any of the Nkandla upgrades.
Police Minister Nathi Nhleko is set to brief media on his report on Nkandla at 1.30 this afternoon - this after it was postponed at the last minute last night.
Nhleko said he first needed to table it in Parliament - which he did this morning.
