Port Elizabeth - The state and defence are responding to questions from magistrate Abigail Beaton in the resumption of the bail hearing of murder accused, Christopher Panayiotou.
The PE businessman has been languishing in St Albans prison for more than a month now, after being charged with orchestrating the abduction and murder of his wife, Jayde.
Her body was found in Kwanobuhle, Uitenhage, in late April, the day after she was reported missing. She was shot three times.
Shadley Nash reports that the Defence has asked for bail of R50 000.
