Port Elizabeth - The National Prosecuting Authority has expressed its satisfaction with magistrate Abigail Beaton's decision to deny Christopher Panayiotou bail.
The PE businessman stands accused of orchestrating his wife's abduction and murder in April. Tsepo Ndwalaza says they are confident that justice will prevail.
Former PE Mayor Nondumiso Mapazi also welcomed the ruling on behalf of the Commission on Gender Equality.
