Solidarity thrilled with Labour Court verdict─── 16:09 Wed, 08 Jul 2015
Johannesburg - Solidarity are thrilled with the Labour Court's decision in their favour this morning, ruling that Telkom’s restructuring and retrenchment process be stopped.
Judge David Gush also ordered Telkom to retract its restructuring and retrenchment notice.
Furthermore, trade unions must refer a dispute regarding the interpretation and application of the collective agreement within five days.
The union's Johan Kruger says a cost order was also granted in their favour.
