Lady Di's death: What media outlets are reporting today | News Article

It's been 18 years since the tragic death of the Princess of Wales. We take a look at media reports from around the world.

The Express reports on the shocking state of Princess Diana's grave. The paper is quoted as saying:

"A year after Diana's former chef spoke of his disgust at the 'overgrown mess' of the late Princess of Wales's grave site within the Althorp estate in Northamptonshire, little appears to have been done to repair the situation - and much of it has even got worse."

Globe Magazine fuels conspiracy theories about her death. The magazine on their website promotes a print article Bombshell: Queen confesses Charles killed Di! This has been widely shared on social networks, however, it remains just a conspiracy theory - 18 years after the death of the Princess.

People Magazine goes all out with the web article about her death Princess Diana's Fatal Mistake: Why She Left London for Paris with Dodi. It doesn't say much, but tells the story of Diana's time with Dodi and their last days together.

The Mirror reports on a soldier that carried her coffin

"A former soldier who carried Princess Diana's coffin at her funeral has slammed David Cameron's government for allowing him to be 'tossed aside' after he lost a leg in Afghanistan.

Phil Bartlett, 41, has hit out at the Tories for the way he has been treated since leaving the Army following 20 years of service in Afghanistan, Iraq and Northern Ireland."

Various media houses remember the death of the People's Princess. Hollywood Life celebrates with a picture gallery.

The International Business Times recaps her life in this article, with photos, quotes and facts.

George Clooney said back then, regarding the reporting of her death: ""You've deflected responsibility. Yet I wonder how you sleep at night. You should be ashamed!" The USA Today took the angle of how her death shook the media landscape.
