Pretoria - The Springboks will have to wait till at least this afternoon before they will know if they will be boarding the flight to England to participate in this year's Rugby World Cup.
The High Court in Pretoria will return after 14:00 to hear an application brought by the Agency for a New Agenda, challenging the number of black players in the squad.
The political party says the team has not transformed even 21 years after the dawn of democracy.
Judge Ntendeya Mavundla stood the matter down to assist the president of the party to get legal opinion as he believes the matter is too important for him not to have representation.
