Madonsela to back up EFF Nkandla case─── 12:11 Tue, 06 Oct 2015
Johannesburg - Public Protector, Thuli Madonsela will be joining the EFF Nkandla case against President Jacob Zuma and the Speaker of Parliament, Baleka Mbete.
This after the Constitutional Court decided to allow Madonsela to join, taking up a Constitutional Court challenge that was lauched by the EFF in August over the president's failure to act on Madonsela's recommendations.
It is reported that Madonsela asked to be joined as a friend of the court or a respondent in the matter.
According to eNCA, Madonsela will now be required to lodge a written submission by October 30.
