Province to face the FS Cheetahs without Kolbe─── 08:46 Tue, 30 Sep 2014
Currie Cup log-leaders, Western Province have been rocked by injuries ahead of their 9th round clash against the Toyota Free State Cheetahs on Saturday.
The side from Cape Town have seemingly paid the price for their bonus point 37-23 win over the Pumas in Nelspruit with three play makers in doubt for the trip to Bloemfontein.
The biggest loss is said to be star utility back Cheslin Kolbe who could be out of action for as long as four weeks.
The lock combination of Ruan Botha and Jean Kleyn are also said to be out for the remainder of the season through ankle and shoulder injuries.
The Cheetahs camp in their turn will most likely be without the services of the Rayno Benjamin and Jean Cook.
