Bloemfontein - The Kovies men's hockey team returned to winning ways with a dominant 4-1 win over Rhodes in the Varsity Hockey.
The side from Grahamstown put up a brave fight, however, it was all Kovies from the start to finish.
Jaco Fourie scored a brace for the home side, while Ruan Kleinhans and Lehan Bloemhoff added the third and fourth goals.
In the other game, Tuks, who beat Kovies 2-0 on Sunday were made to work hard to beat Wits 3-2.
Kovies currently lie fourth on the log and share 20 points with UJ, Maties and Tuks.
