Police hunt for seven suspects after North West farm robbery─── 14:50 Tue, 30 Jun 2015
Bloemfontein - North West police have launched a manhunt for seven suspects involved in a farm attack at Buffelshoek/Barnardsvlei in Brits at the weekend.
Police spokesperson Paul Ramaloko said in a statement a group of men stormed into the rooms of two employees on Saturday and held them up at gunpoint. He says the robbers tied the victims up before helping themselves to household appliances and cash.
Ramoloko says the suspects then broke into the farmer’s house where they stole a safe, more appliances, cash and a firearm. He says they fled the scene on foot.
