2013 is the ‘more music’ year on OFM. The theme weekends are back with a bang celebrating more of our core artists and engaging and entertaining our listeners.
Starting these exciting times is best-selling music artist ever, Whitney Houston, 25-26 January. ‘I am your baby tonight’, ‘Where do broken hearts go’ and ‘I wanna dance with somebody’ are some great classics that you can expect during the Whitney Houston Theme Weekend. Tunes of pop-rock artist, Kelly Clarkson will echo the airwaves 8-9 February, while Latino heartthrob, Enrique Iglesias, locks down the entire weekend of 22-23 November.
According to OFM General Manager, Nick Efstathiou, theme weekends are our way of offering our audience “The sound of your life with a difference”. It gives our listeners the opportunity to reminisce as we celebrate the musical genius of artists that make this station what it is. “We get such great feedback from listeners every time we celebrate a themed weekend,” he concluded.
