Bloemfontein - Flanker Heinrich Brüssow remains a doubtful starter ahead of the Toyota Cheetahs final Super Rugby clash of the season.
The nuggety loose forward missed last week's 27-20 win of the Sharks due a groin strain, and looks set to miss Saturday’s clash against the Lions in Johannesburg.
This means the player's Cheetahs stint is over before heading back to his Japanese club, Docomo Red Hurricanes.
Meanwhile, there has been no word on captain Adriaan Strauss’s pending move to the Bulls.
Initially the Cheetahs indicated that a decision would have been made by yesterday.
The Cheetahs and the Lions lock horns at Ellis Park on Saturday afternoon at 17:05.
