Bloemfontein - The Pumas have made no changes to their side that beat the defending Currie Cup champions, the Sharks 32-22, for this weekends’ match against the Toyota Free State Cheetahs.
The only change to the squad is on the bench with Hennie Skorbinski being drafted into the match-day 22 as centre cover for JW Jonker and Stefan Watermeyer, who had formed a tight midfield combination so far this season.
Coach Jimmy Stonehouse told OFM Sport that they took a different approach this week with a lighter training session on Monday.
The last time the two sides met, the Pumas beat the Free State 28-21 in the opening round.
Saturday’s match at the Free State Stadium kicks off at 15:00.
