The Springbok Sevens team are feeling well rested ahead of the Hong Kong Sevens which kicks off tomorrow morning.
The Blitzbokke still top the standings in the HSBC Sevens World Series on 93 points after five rounds, five clear of the champions, New Zealand.
Following disappointing showings at the Wellington and Las Vegas legs, the team are looking to win a Cup again and open the gap on the ten-time Hong Kong champions, New Zealand.
South Africa has played in the Cup final three times since 1997 however a title evades the men in green-and-gold in the Pearl of the East.
