Bafana Bafana will be returning to the field next month when they face the Socceroos of Australia in an international friendly in Durban.
It was first reported earlier this year that the national side would face the 2014 World Cup runners-up, Argentina in an international friendly.
The deal with the Argentines which could have seen the likes of Lionel Messi and Angel di Maria grace our shores reportedly fell through.
National coach, Shakes Mashaba said they would have loved to have played against Argentina, but maintains that the Socceroos will be no push over.
The match which will be Bafana Bafana’s first since being dumped out of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea is scheduled to be played at the Moses Mabidha Stadium on 28 March.
