The COSAFA Cup Pool B got under in Rustenburg last night with a double header at the Olympia Park Stadium.

First up Madagascar and Lesotho squared-off with the island nations beating the team from the landlocked kingdom 2-1.
 
The second saw another team from a landlocked kingdom in action, with Swaziland taking on Tanzania.
 
The Swazis pulled off a surprise victory by beating the East Africans 1-0.
 
Meanwhile, Bafana Bafana coach Shakes Mashaba and his technical staff are sweating over the fitness of four of their players ahead of their quarter-final clash against Botswana.
 
Marc van Heerden, Puleng Tlolane, Gift Motupa and Cole Alexander all picked up injuries which are worrying the technical staff.
 
Van Heerden did not play in any of the two warm-up matches against Lesotho, while Motupa earned his first international cap in the first clash but got injured during training ahead of the second clash.
 
Bafana Bafana and Botswana lock-horns on Sunday evening at the Moruleng Stadium with kick-off at 17:30.
 
Today the Seychelles take on Zimbabwe at 17:00 and this will be followed by Namibia versus Mauritius at 19:00.
