The National Council of Provinces visited the Free State to monitor and evaluate the state of service delivery in the Dihlabeng Municipality in Bethlehem, Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality in Bloemfontein and Maluti-a-Phofung Municipality in Qwa Qwa. The week-long visit saw national NCOP delegates and provincial legislature members visiting Pelonomi Hospital, Tina Moloi Clinic, Elizabeth Ross Hospital and the Puthaditjhaba Hospital. OFM News’ Refilwe Mekoa spoke to NCOP’s Free State leader Manana Tlake and Deputy Speaker of the provincial legislature Sizwe Mbalo regarding the oversight visit.
