Shafiq Morton’s book, Imtiaz Sooliman and the Gift of the Givers, is a testament to the quality of South African people. The inspiring book, published by Louise Grantham, captures, among others, the history of the organisation, its principles, values and doings. The book was launched in Pietermaritsburg and Cape Town last month, and in Johannesburg this week. OFM News’ Senior Journalist, Christal-Lize Muller, caught up with Sooliman, who is the founder of the disaster response NGO, believed to be the largest of African origin on the continent.
